I ordered two items(Medical Vaporizer, Electric Kettle) and I had to cancel my order as they din’t deliver it. They canceled it easily and told me that they have refunded the reward points I used to citibank.

But interestingly, When I called citibank after 25 days of cancellation to check if they have received the points. They told me that they have not received any returned reward points from indiaplaza.
I tried calling them and waited for half n hour on call.without any success of getting connected to any customer care guy.
I suggest you never purchase anything from this site.
