Wrong item sent but efficiently replaced

I ordered an Hardcover imported edition of a book costing Rs 1050. when I received the item was shocked to find a soft cover title costing just Rs 200. my tickets were not responded to even after a week. I do not want to send it back as im sure il end up spending more money and more mental stress.


Writing this after they resolved my issue.


Really impressed by the improved customer service by Indiaplaza. they sent me a brand new replacement book as I had ordered without first insisting I go through the long process of shipping the old book and waiting for refund. This greatly improves my trust in the site and il definitely shop at Indiaplaza again. thanks for resolving the issue.


Also I have to mention the prices of books are much much less than the inflated ones on flipkart.
