Untrusworthy online store

Ordered THREE Induction Hot plates from Indiaplaza.com viz order number I03031201248, I04031201403 and I04031200543.

Payment was made for, and order was "READY TO BE SHIPPED" .

A day later, Order status shows "cancelled" . No information was given to me regarding cancelling the order which they claimed was due to some confidential technical error. details of which they were not ready to disclose. Never faced such issue with other reputed online stores.

Unprofessional response from Indiaplaza.com.

Hope Online customers learn from this.
