I ordered Kindle e-book reader in December 1st week 2011. I got an e-mail with a tracking id that I can use in a logistics provider website ( ExpressITnet.com ). Since the second week of December 2011, it is just showing "your shipment is in transit".
On January 2nd, I called IndiaPlaza and they told they are going to change their logistics provider and inform me in the next couple of days.
But I myself have to call after 5 days and they could not give any concrete information about whether they procured the product from the supplier or not OR they procured it and it is just a logistics problem and even worse they will not give a timeline on when the issue will be closed.
They also told.. that there are 150+ pending Kindle orders...which they havent shipped and delayed for many weeks now....
Should I be happy?
