Its more than a month and Im still waiting for the refund as well as the reimbursement of courier bill.
I ordered Protouch Universal Remote: Model UR501L from Indiaplaza.com(Order no is IN1912110351). I got the delivery on 23rd Dec but and as soon I open the plastic bag of Inidaplaza I surprised to see that the remote was not in original packing and when I took out I saw that is badly used product. When I try to use that I realized that some keys of that remote is not working. I registered immediately complain with Indiaplaza on 23rd itself. On 29th I’ve been told to send the product back and they will reimburse the courier bill. I send the product on 29th by DTDC and it got delivered on 30th morning. Ive send the bill(rs 225) to them for reimbursement but not response so far on that.
Till date Ive send the bill 4 times to them but still no response from them. Ive been keep calling the CC for replacement but it has not happened yet finally last week I asked their Customer service to cancel my order and get me the refund but even that is also not happening. Seems they are in some fraud business I don’t know when I’ll get my product refund and courier bill amount. Ive already spent more than 100rs on phone for calling their CC.
