Wrong product sent and no action taken

I had ordered for an AMerican TOurister backpack grey color order no IN2712110520 worth rs 790 from the Indiaplaza website on 27th december. Prior to ordering the product, I had called Indiaplaza to check if the required product is in stock and will be sent to me as promised within a week.


I received a yellow backpack instead of the grey one and since then I have been constantly calling and complaining each day to replace the product or refund my money but Indiaplaza has not taken any action on this front.


They said that a courier person would come and collect my bag and when they receive it, they would send me the grey bag. But its been almost a month I have not had any one to pick up the bag and send me my replacement.


In spite of mailing complaints and calling everyday, no action has been taken in this regard. Even some months ago, certain books were ordered which came in a torn and tattered condition. So would request everyone to be very careful while shopping from Indiaplaza since they have attractive products but the service in terms of delivery and product quality is very poor.
