Please refund this order. Listen to the calls I have made to the customer service and you will know what happened. Customer service is not at all helping me. Crap service.I have ordered a Micromax A70 with 3 EMIs. I called Support team to help me order it with 3 EMIs. I followed the instruction with representative and ordered one. I found that it charged my credit card the complete amount 5999. I cant afford to pay that money at one shot, hence I raised a complaint for cancellation CNT0901120088.
I got a response saying that it will take 2 days of time to cancel the order. I phoned customer service and they also told the same thing. Suddenly I got a reply saying order shipped cannot cancel. I got frustrated. I cant pay the amount and want a refund. This is a dispute in customer service. Customers are exploited and not given a proper response. Please take care of this issue and refund my money. I still dint receive my product or money back.
I am calling customer service everyday and they are reading the same script "We will refund your money by the end of the day and will give a call back". Nothing happens on that day and I have to call everyday and I get the same response. I feel like using unprofessionalism on calls because of the crap customer service.
Today I spoke to supervisor, he refused to refund the money. They are having my money and playing a fool around. Anybody who can help with this refund process would we very helpful.
