During the last one and a half year, I have bought about hundred fiction books from India Plaza since the prices were the cheapest among other online book sellers. The shipping was satisfactory for quite sometime and hence I did not need to use customer support service and hence I was not aware about the hopeless customer service standards. However, since last 2-3 orders (in which few items are pending), I have lost complete faith in them. There is nothing of the sort "Customer Support".
You go on posting the tickets and Re-Query for days together but nobody would respond to your queries. If you write email, they won’t reply and instead send you a link for Online Customer Support, which is nothing but submitting a fresh ticket, which would never be replied. I haven’t yet tried calling them on telephone. One item of my last order is still awaited even after a month after making the online payment. I have decided that this is my final order.It is better to pay slightly more instead of loosing the entire amount when such blunders happen. The website has also become dead slow since last few months.
Overall, I would not recommend anybody to try India Plaza.
