One of the most pathetic customer service. I ordered a book a month ago and it is yet to be delivered. They don’t update the status of the order on their website. They don’t reply to the ticket I have created. When I call them most of the times their lines are busy. I ask them to cancel an order they say as per their policy they can refund it back as a gift certificate not as cash so we need to buy again.
Who would like to buy with them again after such pathetic service? So my hard earned money is gone !!!!
Never buy anything from these idiots !!!!!
