I had placed an order for a Sony Stereo (Order No # IN2112111994) worth Rs.6990/- on 21st of december, 2011. I checked the status today and it still says "being processed". I call them up to cancel the order and here comes the best reply.
It would take 2 days to cancel by the cancellation department and 7 working days further to get the refund. You don’t need an IPO. This is certainly a suitable alternative to hold back the money of customers and then return it back, without any interest.
