I have been a regular online shopper on sites like Infibeam and eBay, but I was surprised by the extremely low prices on Indiaplaza. So I decided to try this site out. But I didn’t know that the reason for their low prices is that they are frauds. I had placed an order for a soft toy on this site and had paid by credit card, but they never shipped it. They never reply to my emails. And their customer support number is a fake one. Whenever I call, they ask me to hold for an infinite time, and every time, I am the "caller number 10". It’s pretty obvious they don’t have any customer support existent. However, when I had to inquire something related to the product before ordering, they had replied to my email within 2 hours. But after taking my order, they have not replied to a single email. This site is a complete fraud. I am surprised how they are still continuing to scam people openly. I thought consumer awareness was increasing in India but this is just ridiculous. My order was only of Rs. 500, so I don’t even want to take the hassle of going to the police or the court. I wonder how many people they have scammed like this and when any action is going to be taken against them.

A few hours after I posted my review on mouthshut.com, they called me up and said that they will revert back to me with the status of my first order(24th August) on 2nd September and my second order(27th August) will be shipped on 3rd September.

They have cancelled my first order, saying they are out of stock. They have promised to refund my money with 5-6 days and a gift certificate worth Rs 100 as an apology token

I have received my second order, a 4 GB Sandisk pen drive. The item matches its description. I have no status on my refund of the first order yet.

They have not refunded my money and when I somehow reached to their pathetic consumer support, they are shamelessly claiming that they had refunded my money on 13th September! Now I am really fed up with all this.

Finally, I have got my refund today. I am really disappointed by their terrible customer support. I haven’t received any gift certificate as an apology token, as they had promised. Not that I care about it anyway, because I won’t be using this website ever again, no matter what discounts they claim.
P.S.: I ordered the same product on eBay afterwards, and it got delivered to me within 3 days.
