I have been shopping online since the mid 90s.first time I have been scammed so I am pissed off enough to write a review. Paid$250 to ship a mobile as a gift. A month later, no mobile, no communication, no responses to repeated queries and out$250.
Ended up disputing with credit card company. Feel compelled to write negative review because I can forgive companies which make mistakes but not ones that are outright scammers.
Ended up ordering it through FlipKart and although they had a little trouble getting authorization for my credit card, what a difference in customer service.
