I ordered a Sony 1TB 2.5" External Hard Disk (Order no I02011300436) on 2nd Jan 2013. Since it was available for a good price, I did not think twice before buying it; the biggest mistake! The initial time frame mentioned was 6-7 days. I waited patiently. After 15 days when I tried to call their customer support, they put me on hold and I was 5th in queue. I waited yet again for 15 min, to no avail!
The waiting list number does not decrease at all! When I raised a support ticket, they told that they will ship it within 2 days. They didn’t! I raised another support ticket, they delay it again claiming stock issues. I raise the third ticket and they did not respond at all this time. The expected shipping date is being shown 20th Feb now! I don’t understand why I should wait for a product for which I have already paid!!!
Pathetic and poor customer service and a company without ethics! No value of customer here! I don’t see my product reaching me anytime soon!
