I have placed an order for Sony Digital Camera, DSC W690 (total cost Rs. 9789) on 25 Jan and waited for 7 business days patiently as per the delivery dead-line on their web site. After 7 days I raised a complaint (on 04Feb, Ticket # CNT0102130154 ) and a followup ticket later I have not seen any response either for my order or my complaint till today. When I called them on 05 Feb, representative told me that the item will definitely be shipped on 07 Feb. I am seeinng the same status" Assigned to Vendor" since 27 Jan. I am very disappointed and I have opened a ticket with Citibank because I placed order for this item by redeeming my Citi Card reward points. They assured me the help from their side and I am waiting for their action.
The biggest mistake I did is placing an order with indiaplaza without checking the review online. I didnt have much option to buy electronic good online using my citi reward points. I am not sure if Citi bank is aware of the fraud business that indiaplaza is doing. If not, it is the responsibility of customers to inform them as well. I have no confidence on indiaplaza and will not recommend anyone to shop with indiaplaza. Since indiaplaza is cheating customers and we all are voicing it through this web site, cant we come together and move a mass petition against indiaplaza?
