Indiaplaza is looking more like a twin brother - of - satyam. The entire portal is a classic "ponzi" schema - their financial strategy - use customer’s money from orders - buy cheap goods - sell. This is how its working - customer a places an order - and waits forever to get it. Meanwhile indiaplaza takes the money - uses it to buy cheap goods, sell them, make profit. Their exit-strategy. Customer is getting mad - so we should now take an order from customer b - and refund customer a.


There are two e-commerce models - hightouch(amazons-direct selling) and lowtouch(ebay-person-to-person) - but indiaplaza is the third category - "no-touch" - India plaza has no support with customer. Not a single customer is happy - get onto their FB customer service page and make them feel ashamed of stealing ram to pay laxman.
