You have cancelled this product, then why you have charged for processing fee 781 rs plus service tax etc.

Just had a talk to your customer care, one of your customer care executive told me that they don’t charge anything for HDFC EMI for 3/6 months.
But in my credit card, there is entry for processing fee of Rs 781.20 plus service tax of Rs 93.74 + edu tax Rs. 2.81.
Then I talked to HDFC customer care , and they have confirmed that Merchant (IndiaPlaza) has debited Rs 781 for EMI processing of amount Rs 22320.
Also I have mailed the credit card statement having details of these charges to sm@indiaplaza.in.
Now, process the refund and revert the EMI processing charges with all taxes ASAP as you already have cancelled my order.
Please revert these charges ASAP as you have cancelled this order.
