Abysmal Online Dealer- Not fit to sell Books

Indiaplaza.In have kept two of my Books Shipment orders hanging for last 3 weeks (simply tagged with ’BlueDart’ against them). No response to repeated online queries. Even the telephone support person happily informs that their systems are down, and they’ll call me back- which they never did!


On first order, that was to be shipped as a Gift order by a certain date, they dispatched 4 of the 11 books haphazardly, and no news of the remaining 7 books.


The gift occasion is ruined by them! On a simultaneous second order of 3 books, they actually wrote to me saying one of the titles is out of stock, and I should expect to get it delivered by 11-Dec-2011: yes, a full 1-year later!! Finally, upon insistence today (3rd Jan) they simply blame their Vendor and ask me to forbear a delay until 17th January!


It’s a clear fraud, that they are being allowed to collect advance payments, with no commitment towards delivery...
