How to take legal action against this company..??

I purchased a book on 29/06/2013.

The order ID is I29061300006.

On the website it says that the book will be delivered within 2-3 days. It’s already been 8 days and it has not yet been delivered.

They do not respond to the tickets raised by the customer. They do answer the phone call. A horrible company to deal with.( actually a fraud company ). So I lost my money.

So the bottom line is .. never purchase anything on indiaplaza.com ( unless you want to lose your money ).

Does anyone here know how to take a legal action..??

Any help would be highly appreciated.
