Pathetic service, non delivery of order

Hi, I ordered a Samsung mobile phone on 25th Dec through Indiaplaza thinking of gifting someone on new year, immediately the order was changed to ready to ship with the shipment date latest as 1st Jan.


How I regret placing that order, the ready to ship status is done just to make sure a customer cannot cancel the order online and then show the whole gamut of how not to serve the customer, they don’t pick the phone, respond to emails after 3-4 mails and the service tickets are a joke as no one I guess even looks at them.


Its more than 3 weeks now and I don’t have any updates on the order, there is no response to the request for cancellation either through mail or service tickets nor any confirmation on the order, it still shows ready to ship since the last 3 weeks.


I would advice everyone to just stay away from Indiaplaza, I have been shopping in this portal for many years now but it has gone from bad to worse and I don’t see how they can save their name.
