I had great experiences when I used to shop with Indiaplaza with the exception of one neutral experience in which I had to make several calls to make sure I got my book after 30 days of ordering it. And since they dont have toll-free no., it was harsh on pocket getting in touch with them through phone when email just didnt do the trick.
This year, I bought a book again. And believe me, this was the worst mistake! No reply of any emails when asked about status of order, which wasnt updated from more than 7 days and no sign of any delivery! No one would pick up calls at the number given on the site. No response whatsoever. In the end, I had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the money back.
I think Indiaplaza refunded the money back after about a month, again without any intimation. I checked it on my statement and informed the bank of the same and kept them updated of the only time I heard from Indiaplaza, which I will mention next. The only thing I heard from Indiaplaza was an automated response saying that the book is out of stock and refund details will be given later. And this was after about a month or so of placing the order.
Imagine their nerve not to inform the customer or to reply to anything. STAY AWAY FROM INDIAPLAZA, and report fraudulent activities in case you dont receive the product to your bank!
