I ordered for Eicher India Road Atlas including 17 city maps [2011 edition] with MRP of Rs 390, which was available for Rs 234 after discounts on 12 August 2012. On 14 August 2012, I received the item. But, it was older 2010 edition with MRP of Rs 370. What was shown on their website is different from what was supplied to me, which amounts to cheating the customer.
This is my first and last transaction with India Plaza. Thank god, the amount was small. It is a warning signal to refrain me from doing of high value transaction with India Plaza. Please stay away from India Plaza. Don’t be carried away by their discount offers to get outdated items.
On 18 August 2012, I received the replacement copy of 2011 edition of road atlas. I thank India Plaza. I edited my review [from single star to 3 star; positive recommendation; full 5 star for service and support]. I request India Plaza to kindly instruct the concerned to send the item as promised and displayed in their website. My sincere thanks are due to mouthshut.com.
