Before buying I called up their helpdesk to know if there are any extra/hidden cost and they said no even when I asked the about the octroi charges as I was aware of those charges in Pune region. After theur confirmation I placed the order and with indiaplaza and when I received the mobile the other day I had to pay the octroi charges for Rs 1216 .. and when called these guys were so rude and did not talk at all and just kept the call on hold, since I had bought it by paying through crdit card which was a huge amount I paid the octroi to secure my mobile or else who know if I wuld have send it back they would have grabbed my money .... Sorry to Say INDIAPLAZA please have CSR who have better information and do not disguise customtakeouters for no reasons. I would have bought the phone from a local Mobile store in Pune and that would have been a better and cheaper deal rather than buying online.... I am highly disappointed because of the fake information being imparted to customtakeouters and with the rude attiMr_customtakeouters of their CSR when called their helpdesk for help ....
SORRY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING ON INDIA PLAZA.
