Unprofessional....Status /Shipment Not updated.

Update 6th Sept. They canceled order but didnt tell me how or when they would refund me. Really poor service.

Order IN1408110005. Order supposed to be shipped by 21st Aug(Item is A state of trance 500 Audio CD). Till date no update nor status of product. Cannot even send ticket on website, some website error. Please inform when will it be shipped.The product page says preorder 21st May, so that is not even updated! The website giving me some error for sending a help ticket. Please inform me when product will ship.Thanks, linu

I think now the time has come for Indiaplaza to realize they are not good in what they do. I ordered from letsbuy.com and they shipped their products within 12 hours. Indiaplaza its a toss up. Very poor.

Waiting here for some response please be professional in this day and age and inform the customers about where their paid products are. thanks.
