Problem in refund

Hi,


I am writing this review because no one is picking up the phone. After so many email complaints, I think that Indiaplaza.com people are fools or making us fool. I ordered 2 books out of which they delivered 1 book and send refund of the same book.


Have send them photo of the book I received with all details but no success. Its really pathetic on why they don’t pick up the phone. If they are in service industry, availability should be on top priority.


I have seen Indiaplaza employee replying after we put a review. Is this really working?
