I ordered a book in Indiaplaza almost 10 days ago and it is still not shipped. They said the expected date of shipping is 14th Jan. Then said oops, looks like we missed the date, it will be shipped on 17th jan. Now they are saying opps we have missed the extended date also, we will ship it 23rd Jan.
Terrible! I booked twice in between Flipkart and they delivered the stuffs within 2days in both occasion. Pathetic Indiaplaza! I have called them, they did not receive the call. Why did not I see the review before choosing Indiaplaza. This was my mistake and I’m suffering now. Don’t know when I will get the book. May be after my semester nor not at all. God knows!!
PLEASE IGNORE INDIAPLAZA! IT IS A CRAP.
My order number was I10011300259. Now they are saying due to unavailability your order can’t be processed and so it is cancelled. WTF!! Now I don’t know whether my money will be returned or not as I have seen posts regarding the delay of their return of money.
