Please improve your customer support

I had ordered 2 posters from Indiaplaza on 8th of Jan 2013 and it was supposed to be delivered within 5 business days.


On 16th I raised a ticket at their customer care site , but no action was taken. It appears that the tickets raised by people are far too many and they have a huge queue to handle each one.


I have shopped with Indiaplaza in the past and I haven’t had any complaints but this one time I am very disappointed. If they cannot ship, I would expect a prior notification but nobody cared to call.
