I have purchased DVD’s from Indiaplaza which r not working and that too on a higher price. I asked for refund and then they said we will pick up the items and then refund the money. But inspite of calling and mailing so many times they are not even responding now .
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE FOR ANY ONLINE SHOPPING. THIS EXPERIENCE OF MINE WAS WORTH FORGETTING AS I HAD FEELINGS THAT I WAS CHEATED. WITH THEM RECIEVING THE PAYMENTS AND NOT GETTING THE PRODUCTS AS SHOWN IN THEIR SITE
Anyways, I have learnt it the hard way, you guys out there, BEWARE OF INDIAPLAZA.IN People, please dont be lazy to go to normal stores.Please dont suffer like so many of us here and at other consumer forums.Dont use the e-shopping sites. Atleast I am never ever going to shop at any e-shopping site from now
