THE worst online shopping experience for me ever. I have used at least a dozen other services, shop online regularly. This is the first service that disappointed thoroughly. And that is an understatement.
They took order and received payment for a book, displaying delivery time as 3 days. After that they never bothered to keep me updated. I had to repeatedly contact them and each time none of the people was of any help, they were all clueless. Every time they will promise to update me in "one hour" which never was to be.
Pathetic service, clueless service personnel and unacceptable delivery times. For something as mundane as a dictionary. That is Indiaplaza for you.
