I had ordered rakhi way before time and still it did not reach by the rakhi day. I tried calling on their customer service number all day & night but all I could hear is "agents are busy at this time" I had opened 3 tickets on their website and that is open till date. No one bothered to even see the tickets and resolve. They should not have license to sell. Please save yourself time and money by not ordering from this site. I tried a lot of times calling them even later to refund my money but again in vain.
Neither customer service nor the product quality is good. So, rather use a site like indiatimesshopping or talash.com. They at least deliver.
