I saw a mixer grinder on Indiaplaza with best online deal on 23rd OCT 2012 and I placed an order. Since it was my first time with them I started browsing for reviews and came to this site. I must say I was taken a back by bad reviews and started regretting my decision.
even mailed to the customer support on 24th Oct the very next day in the evening, to which they replied promptly and I got a mail reassuring me that my order will be delivered on time. Today morning on 27th I got my order, which I find pretty impressive giving the less no. of working days this week. According to the site I was expecting it by Tuesday (as it said will be delivered in 7 business days).
To summarize it, my first time with Indiaplaza has been great, the product is in great condition, the packing was good and it was delivered before I was expecting. I’ll definitely like to shop from them again. Its my first time I am writing a review but I felt they deserve this, after so many negative reviews.
