Just before I placed an order from IndiaPlaza, I called IndiaPlaza to make sure that they have the karaoke CD in stock. This was on Thur, Oct, 5th. Their customer service guy told me that they dont have the CD in stock, but he can get it for me by the following Monday (Oct, 9th). Despite their bad reputations I went a head and ordered the damn thing. I expected that I should receive it by the end of the week. First week came and gone, second week came and gone. On the beginning of the third week (19 days after I ordered the product) I called them. This guy is reading all his BS from a pre-written script, but he has no reasons and idea why my CD is not there yet. He assured me that I will be getting the CD by the end of the week. The week ended without any trace of my CD. I called them back to find out what the f is going on. The guy is telling me that we have not received your CD yet so call us next week. The next day they sent me an e-mail regarding the cancellation of my order. Reason for the cancellation of my order is "we can not get the product", they stated. And yet the product still listed on their Website as an available item. By the way, none of my e-mails regarding this delay was answered. So I wrote them an e-mail pretending I was interested to purchase an audio CD, within five minutes they responded with, "Sir, we can get the CD for you". Now, you be the judge.
My message to every one who is thinking about doing business with IndiaPlaza is that it will be the greatest mistake you ever commit. These people are a bunch of crooks. They cant distinguish between right and wrong, and they dont have any dignity whatsoever! They rip-off honest people, thats how they make their living.
