I would like to warn everyone that dont buy any product from Indiaplaza, you may get the defective product and Indiaplaza will ask you to contact the service center instead of replacing by there own. I had ordered BPL Tourch from India plaza, after delivery I have found that the torch was faulty on arrival. I had requested to replace the faulty torch. They reverted that the torch is having warranty from BPL and they asked me to contact BPL.
On Indiaplaza revert I had raised the below queries,
1) Why should I approach the BPL to repair?
2) Why should I used the repaired torch?
3) BPL service center does not cover the warranty for all parts of the torch.
4) As per BPL Service policy the bill has to signed and stamped by dealer. In my case, it was not signed/ stamped by Indiaplaza.
Till date I have not received any response from Indiaplaza, the worst thing is that they dont have any number where you can approach them. Faulty torch received from India plaza is still with me.
