I wish I had a way to rate them 0 starsI saw that citibank card users can use their reward points at Indiaplaza.in so I bought bunch of stuff from them amounting to 11, 000+, even after 11 days the status of the order is ready to be shipped, the reason is that they do not have it in stock it will take another 10 days. Why the hell do you have it in catalog when you do not have it in stock? It seems they haven’t heard of terms like inventory management and supply chain.
I have requested for refunds, hope that goes smoothly. Please do not buy anything at Indiaplaza.
