I’ve been using, ’this site’, to purchase books, & I’m quite satisfied! The reasons for my satisfaction, are as follows:
The books have the lowest price point( this I say after checking at least 4 stores/sites!).
Their collection is quite exhaustive.
The ordering procedure is easy, & I’ve not had any problem, in processing the order.
I’ve always received the confirmation email & sms, immediately after purchase.
The delivery time- line, has been met, most of the times.
They’re responsive on the emails: as I found out once, when I had queried regarding the late delivery of a book. The book, was since delivered, within the newly committed time.
The books were delivered in good condition.
I had once, lodged a complaint regarding, the print quality of a book. The customer service promptly called me & offered to replace the same.
So, my friends, up till this moment i’m reasonably satisfied with their services. However, they can definitely add more information to their product display, like say how’amazon’, does. Of course, they won’t win much trust without a responsive customer tele-help desk.

My first bad experience with them. Ordered a book, but they’re unable to deliver, awaiting the refund.
