No product, No Refund, Avoid this web site

No refund for a cancelled order on mobile. I have ordered a mobile from Thehindushopping /Indiaplaza in early Feb09. By middle of Feb they said , they will not be able not supply it. After so many mails and calls, they agred to refund and said the refund will be processed by 24th Feb.


Even as on 19th March, it has not reached my credit card. The credit card company has charged an interest of Rs1472 on my original dues of Rs16144 for the Blackberry phone.


I suspect fraud in the way this online portal is operated because every call I make to their customer care some one just logs an internal compaint id. Nothing more happens. Please AVOIDthis online shop at any cost. Share it with your friends also. Though it is cumbersome, I plan to go to a consumer disputes foum as a next step. Careless businesse must be taught their lesson
