I am writing here to complain about the bad experience I have had with the courier service in Pune. Indiaplaza should check the kond of vendors they interact with and the courier/delivery services they engage as it affects customer experience. I personally had a very bad experience with a delivery service in Pune where I had ordered some stuff to be delivered. Here is what I experienced:
The delivery person was impolite and inflexible.
He did not know well known landmarks in Pune and expected the customer to meet him at a place convenient to him.
After having agreed to meet the delivery person at his location of choice he goes to the initial delivery address thereby just making the exercise futile!
Indiaplaza, it seems just goes by the price of the vendor and does not even check what kind of courier service they employ etc.
This is harassing a customer unnecessarily and I am certain I will not shop with Indiaplaza anymore because its not always about selling things cheap.You have to ensure your customer is not harassed for simple things!
