Did not receive product for more than 3 weeks.

I have ordered Nokia x1 01 on Jan 20 order #I20011300299, I have ticket #. CNT2401130059 updated many times but I did not receive any response from IndiaPlaza. I tried calling IndiaPlaza customer service may times but phone disconnect after waiting for more than 10 min in queue.


Not sure how to follow up with them or asked for refund since nobody is replying to ticket/complaint and do not know how to reach them. This is worst experience of online shopping.
