Worst online shopping experience

Had ordered for a Lloyd Garment Steamer (Rs.4490/) on 4th Feb and date of expected shipment was 11th Feb. Since there was no response from their side I raised a ticket CTN11021130038. Till date no response or update. Now after seeing the reviews on this site I have a feeling they are into cheating people.


I am planning to take legal help and maybe file a police complaint if there is no response in another couple of days.

We did try to source the item from various suppliers.
