Indiaplaza.in: Poor customer service

Buying an electronic item from online store. I thought in India it has started (buying online) but it seems the processes in place for online shops are still in nascent stages. I have been buying books from Indiaplaza and was satisfied with their service. But first time I bought an electronic item, the website shows 12 working days for the product. I asked customer care if there is any expedite shipping they said no. I told them I need the product earlier than 12 days they said they will try but cannot ensure. Then for 12 days I called regularly to know the status of the product but these people said its under process. After twelve days I asked them to cancel the order then they said its not available thats why they have to cancel the order. Ridiculous! They should have told me and I would have bought from somewhere else.


After canceling the order they said it will take 4 working days to refund the money. On third day I called again and they say the process has not been initiated. And it will take another three working days. This is really poor quality customer service.


It seems their customer service is like customers to service and customer care are so much care free.
