Never buy anything on indiaplaza.in. I made the mistake of ordering an item, a mixer grinder, on August 5 but canceled the order the same day because they said later that they will take more than 10 days to deliver it.
They said by email that they will cancel the order the same day, but they kept postponing it until the 20th when they fraudulently tried to deliver the product to my home. Thank God my family refused the delivery.
They STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY!!! I have all their emails in which. Have you ever heard a courier company taking more than 20 days to return a product back to the company? They claim they haven’t received the returned shipment from the courier (a lie obviously) and shamelessly keep asking for 2 more days each time I write to them. Lousy company, incompetent staff, and probably a scam of a company.
