I have placed an order on indiaplaza on 25 of dec 2012 order no I25121200719. It arrived defected that didnt work at all. I lodged a complaint against it on the site within 7 days and made numerous calls to the customer care team. The customer care are most waste team they are having.
They only know only that much stuff about an order which we already know/displayed on the site. For every calls I received only false claims like it will be answered tomorrow or may be shipped within a week they will make me wait 10 to 15 minutes on calls have solely lost more than 100rs on these calls.
Frustrated with this kind of response from them I shipped the item back to them and re-lodged the complaint providing them with the shipping details. The shipment cost me rs200 till two weeks I did not receive any response. On 21 of Jan 2013 I got a mail claiming my replacement is processed and is expected to be shipped on 29 of Jan.
Now its 6th of February and my product is no where to be seen. For a product worth 600 I have lost further 300rs. What compensation should I expect from them now they have completely drained me out of patience. I will wait for another 4 days if I get the product along with shipping charges I will take this out else I will spread this complaint as wild fire all around the corner in every and each bit of consumer forum.
I have also talked to my credit card company they advised me to wait for a week else I may file a credit card chargeback with the fraud claim on INDIAPLAZA. I will not sit idle, money is not at all a factor for the mental agony and jittery frustration I underwent.
