IndiaPlaza & Hindushopping - NEVER ORDER ANY PRODU

I purchased a sony Cybershot Digital Camera from Hindushopping, which was processed by IndiaPlaza(Order No: 37057) by looking to the very low price of the product when compared to the market rate. The product started getting heated and the battery even didnt last for 30 shots instead of 350 promised shots). I took it to the Sony authorized service station and found that the serial no of the product was invalid and the product was a imported one from some country and no support you can get here. I contact hindushopping, they redirect to Indiaplaza.They asked me to return the product on my own cost, I returned, after that no response. NO refund. whenever I call, they say, we will cal you back and never calls back. we are processing, the Manager is not here. crap. I am yet to receive the refund and no product too.


So better, dont get seduced by the low price offers of Indiaplaza and Hindushopping. Think well before you place orders with them. Once you have any problems, there is nothing like’support’ in IndiaPlaza.


-After a fortnite, Indiaplaza has sent a reply that they have sent the product for "service" to vendor and will send after another week. Its a month, I have returned to them on the promise of Refund and now they say they will service it and send back. I have send back the product on my own expense and it was a trick of indiaplaza to get the product back on customers expense! Its wicked that they will return the same crap product, which is not valid in India, confirmed by Sony India. After a year, if any problem comes to the product, you just have to throw the camera in to the dustbin. Never ever get attracted by low price products of Hindushopping or Indiaplaza. I am struggling with them.

Updated after receiving the product again:


Instead of promised’refund’, Indiaplaza has send me back the product saying that it is serviced by the vendor. When I opened the consignment, there is no charger in it. I am surprised on how unorganized and careless this vendors are that they even don’t check an item before it is dispatched:-( Now, again, I have to nag them for sending a charger! I feel I should have bought it from a Sony dealer than from these online shopping sites! Good Luck for you!
