It’s my first time here. Just before I was placing my order the other day on indiaplaza a colleague of mine showed the n number of negative reviews on indiaplaza, not like I would believe him for I’ve been their customer for quite sometime now and have never been disappointed. But, somewhere was a little skeptical too and therefore ordered very few number of products, just to check.
I’ve been extremely lucky everytime and this time too.I got my products delivered in 2 days flat, a couple of books and a few toys for my daughter. All in great condition
I think its extremely unfair that some people are speaking so much bad about the site, there could be a few instances where there could be a delay, but mostly their service is great and the prices they offer is simply unbeatable. If they were frauds like a few of you have stated, they would have shut shop with all your money taken, They have been so responsible to reply to any query raised and I see they’ve addressed every complaint and have even apologized wherever there has been an error from their end. This effort has to be appreciated.
All I want to say is that indiaplaza is a responsible shopping site and would definitely recommend it to all the guys out there who are thinking twice before ordering from indiaplaza.
