It is very nice to see the Online cheating persons like you running Indiaplaza.
What a useless and horrible service I got from Indiaplaza for the order I18011200401.
The item was ordered on 18 Jan, 2012 and up to 2 feb 2012, there was no reply from the team after several phone calls, mouthshout review and tickets from 20 jan, 2012 evening onwards.
Every time the reply is with in 24 hours the product will ship.
On 3rd feb, same responce received from Mouthshut that, the product will ship tomorrow, with a gift voucher of RS. 150.
The voucher received on 3rd by e-mail, but What a hell to shipping the original item.
Will tomorrow is 1 year or more, I was bored by listening tomorrow from you people.
I also replied, mouthshut response, after again Indiaplaza slept.
Dear Team Indiaplaza, please learn completely, what a Online shop should be, how to deal people and respond.
Don’t give your same useless reply, with out shipping the item by giving gift voucher.
How much you close to Mouthshut to solve the customer problem, reflected to solve my response.
