These people are cheats. Once you place an order, you are at the mercy of statistics and probability of the items reaching your home. Absolute pathetic response by customer service. They don’t even pick up the phone. The mails simply go into a black h ole I think. And when they reply there mails are full of mistakes and sometimes they have responded to me with mail meant for another person. I could see in the mail meant for another person the same kind of issue that I am facing. They don’t even provide any complaint no. So I am sure, the customer service cannot track a problem to resolution.
I have ordered 3 items (totalling Rs 1800). The 3 items were showing ready to ship for around 3 weeks. Post that they claim that they have shipped 2 of the items last week. But till now I have not received the items. They are not able to provide me any tracking nos also. First mail they sent said that it has been sent by Bluedart. Subsequently they claim that it has been sent by TNT.
To compound the matters, they have charged me twice. They are ignoring my mails on having the Rs 1800/- refunded. So I have paid Rs 3600/- towards goods which I think will never reach.
I am frustrated by this experience. I am now not thinking about the money that I have lost or the time that I have lost. I would be happy If I can save other gullible customers like me from getting cheated by Indiaplaza.in Let me know where all I can put down my experience to warn people about pathetic service being provided by Indiaplaza. It is sad to see buyer confidence getting eroded by sites like Indiaplaza. I am convinced that I am not the only person having problems with Indiplaza.
