No delivery after 15 followups+ cheats on prowl

I have a order #IN2706110552 for a kindle reader. After multiple followups and facing utter disappointment, I requested since you cannot deliver the order product even after 3+ weeks, please cancel the order.


The customer service associate - Jitoo says it is done at the back end and due to technical glitch not reflecting on portal.


Mr K Vaitheeswaran    - COO Indiaplaza you preach so much about e-commerce, regular speaker in management institute - You need to do a homework to clean mess at your home first.


You have dismal performance in delivering the product, cannot show the status of product delivery, cann’t show the status of refund. You have utter mess in your premises.


Bullshit supply chain, not real time status of order and still preach others about e-commerce venture.


Please come clean or the public will say - "INDIAPLAZA IS A CHEAT SITE WAITING TO FLEECE CUSTOMERS ".
