I ordered a electronic mosquito repellent on the month Sep-11 IN2309110641, which was recieved faulty. After several mail conversation (nearly 2 months) regarding this I was told to ship it back and it will be replaced with a new piece.
Now I was told that a new piece has been shipped as replacement. I recieved the same, in which the indiaplaza envelope says the item as Electonic Mosquito repellent, but after unpacking I saw another product Remote nunchuk inside it.
I don’t know how it can be packed like this, the cover saying a item and packed item was a different. I am very much disappointed that on these guys were not able to ship a single item properly. Going forward, I also mailed them regarding the same 2 months ago and still I didn’t get any feedback from them.
Very worst online shopping site.
