Indiaplaza.com is a fraud

I ordered a hot water system for Rs. 5728 from indiaplaza.com on the 3rd Dec 2012, order number I03121200284. When I got no response till 10th Dec I contacted them and was advised that the order is delayed and will be shipped on the 12th Dec.


I then received an email on the 12th saying order has been delayed and will be shipped on the 15th. On the 15th I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund by creating a ticket through customer support system CNT1512120108.


I have been chasing my refund ever since and all I get is assurances that order will be cancelled and till date it is still showing awaiting shipment and no sign of my refund. After checking reviews from others I can safely say this site is a fraud and should be avoided.
