Worst worst worst

I’m writing this comment while I was trying to contact IndiaPlaza Customer care number. It’s been more then 12 mins still I’m getting all our agents are busy  servicing other customer. I never had such a experience in my life time waiting for a such a time.


I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Y DUOS S6102 Order No. : I26121200094 on 24th of Dec. Till today there is no response there is no updates to my order and still I’m waiting on the line.


Still my phone ringing..
