I have been regular customer of indiaplaza and am by and large satisfied by their service. They generally give huge discounts on number of items. They also have excellent loyality programmes in which they offer excellent cash back schemes. I have recently got a 250 rupeee off on a 400 rupee book!!!
The customer service is prompt and keep you updated of the status regularly. They also have recently introdued an SMS service by whch they keep you updated regularly on the status of your delivery.
The website is good and the range of items they have is also pretty large. The only thing that needs improvement is that generally there is a delay in delivery of products which at tiems can be irritating.
